That card is called a “desiccant.” A desiccant is just a drying agent… similar to the little silica packs that are found in many products. We chose the card design over the silica pack because it’s easier to see and there is less chance of your dog eating this by mistake. The purpose of our desiccant is to make sure that our pumpkin powder stays nice and dry. We wanted to let you know that the card is in there by design and is meant to ensure your topper will stay fresh for as long as you use the product.
